About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Global Strategic Director to lead the development and execution of enterprise‑wide strategies that drive sustainable growth, competitive advantage, and long‑term value creation across international markets. This is a senior leadership role that partners closely with executive leadership to shape global direction, align business units, and transform strategic vision into measurable results.

Responsibilities
- Translate Global Strategy &Direction into clear, actionable roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
- Perform Market &Competitive Intelligence to identify new growth opportunities through market entry, expansion, partnerships, or acquisitions.
- Lead strategic initiatives to deliver financial, operational, and organizational value.
- Engage with stakeholders, including partners, advisors, investors, and industry bodies, as required.
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor's degree required MBA or other relevant advanced degree strongly preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- 12-15+ years of progressive experience in strategy, corporate development, management consulting, or senior leadership roles.
- Demonstrated experience shaping and executing global or regional strategies in complex, international environments.
- Proven track record of driving growth, transformation, or large‑scale strategic initiatives.
