Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team as a Director, where you will champion a global program focused on cybersecurity awareness and training. This pivotal role will enhance the organization's security culture by empowering employees to be the first line of defense.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive global cybersecurity awareness and training initiative. Design and implement educational programs that effectively enhance cybersecurity literacy across various organizational levels. Develop engaging hands-on training modules and simulations for advanced learning experiences. Integrate innovative learning technologies such as gamification to boost engagement and knowledge retention. Strategize promotional activities for cybersecurity awareness across different regions. Develop communication strategies emphasizing the significance of cybersecurity and the critical role of employees in its maintenance. Oversee Cyber Security maturity assessments across the region in accordance with established global standards. Enforce global IT security standards and conduct risk assessments within the region. Implement Cyber Risk Profiling and Key Risk Indicator (KRI) reporting to gauge cybersecurity posture. Cultivate robust partnerships with stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and program effectiveness. Facilitate global collaboration to enhance the overall cybersecurity posture. Act as a liaison between regions to share best practices and coordinate cybersecurity initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Cybersecurity Awareness, Training, and Maturity Programs. Minimum of 10 years of experience working with cybersecurity standards (e.g., ISO27001, NIST Cyber Framework, CRI). Minimum of 10 years of experience in pedagogy, specifically in experiential learning and effective teaching methodologies. Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally. Strong skills in stakeholder management and interdepartmental collaboration.
