Responsibilities:
- Build and deepen relationships with major Financial Sponsors, identifying opportunities across acquisition finance, capital call facilities, and structured lending.
- Originate and execute sponsor-led transactions, coordinating closely with product teams to deliver integrated financing solutions.
- Manage portfolio performance, oversee credit engagement, and ensure disciplined risk management across all deals.
- Produce high-impact proposals, credit papers, and financial analyses to support strategic decisions.
- Maintain strong market awareness and engage senior stakeholders to shape long-term commercial outcomes.
Requirements:
- 12+ years experience in sponsor coverage, investment banking, or corporate banking.
- Strong understanding of private equity models, fund structures, and sponsor-driven transactions.
- Demonstrated track record executing complex financing deals across ASEAN.
- Strong credit, structuring, and stakeholder management capabilities.
