Director, Esports

Job Description:

1. Lead the global esports brand enhancement and planning, and the overall management of esports projects, defining goals and core indicators
2. Responsible for the operation and management of esports projects, including project evaluation, cost control, schedule control, team management, and risk management
3. Responsible for esports project management systems, organizing, coordinating, and managing event resources
4. Organize and implement esports events on-site, develop relevant processes, comprehensively control event quality, track event effects, and resolve unexpected problems
5. Responsible for managing the esports team, leading the team to continuously research esports expertise and enhance the value of esports.

Job Requirements:

1. Over 7 years of relevant work experience and management skills passionate about the esports industry familiar with the esports event environment experience in managing and executing large and medium-sized esports events.
2. Strong project management and coordination capabilities, with experience in event budgeting, cost estimation and effective cost control.
3. Keen business acumen and innovative thinking able to explore paths for continuous improvement in the current environment.
4. Comprehensive understanding and strategic thinking regarding gaming products, R&D, and operations.
5. Excellent team management capabilities able to effectively organize and manage team growth and development.
6. Excellent communication and coordination skills resilience under pressure.
7. Ability to use English as a working language. Willingness and fleixbility to travel frequently for business purposes is required.
