Director

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Director to provide strategic leadership and oversee the Company's overall business operations. The Director will work closely with shareholders and the management team to drive business growth, operational efficiency and long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies, operational plans and growth initiatives aligned with the Company's objectives.
• Oversee daily operations, financial performance, resource allocation and overall business performance.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships and initiatives to drive business growth and expansion.
• Lead and manage teams to achieve business and operational targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners, investors, vendors and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, assess business performance and provide strategic recommendations to the Board and shareholders.
• Establish effective operational processes, governance and risk management practices while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Represent the Company in business meetings, negotiations and strategic discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Management, Hospitality, Operations Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, including substantial experience in senior management or business operations.
• Strong experience in business strategy, operational management and commercial decision-making.
• Senior leadership experience in managing wellness resorts and pre-opening luxury villas in Indonesia.
• Working experience in land development and investment in Indonesia as the project is based in Lombok.
• Proven track record of working closely with architectural, construction, and project management teams.
• Experience reporting directly to investors, owners, and the Board of Directors.
