Job Description
The company is recruiting a Director to oversee the overall strategic and operational management of the company's food manufacturing business.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans and long-term development strategies for regional and multinational food manufacturing operations.
Overall management of factory operations, including R&D, product quality, production engineering, supply chain, factory optimization, and automation projects.
Ensure full compliance with SFA/NEA regulations and international food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, GMP).
Lead a multi-department senior management team covering production, R&D, quality, supply chain, and engineering departments.
Coordinate cross-border projects, including technology transfer, overseas factory operations, and international partner management.
Manage senior budgets, corporate governance, risk control, and report to the board of directors.
Job Requirements:
Preferred majors: Food Science, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
At least 12 years of senior management experience in the food manufacturing industry, including large-scale factory operations management.
At least 10 years of Director/General Manager level management experience.
Must have experience managing a team of 100+ employees, covering production, R&D, quality, engineering, supply chain, and compliance departments.
Proficient in international food safety standards such as HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, GMP, and GHP.
Extensive experience in multinational supply chains and factory automation, capable of independently leading large-scale technological transformation projects.
Familiar with industrial production processes.
