Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Distribution professional to drive Olea's global liquidity strategy by sourcing, engaging, and managing institutional funders across banks, alternative lenders, funds, and asset managers. The role combines investor distribution with strong expertise in trade and structured financing, leading the negotiation and design of scalable funding solutions while ensuring smooth endtoend execution. The Director operates as a senior individual contributor with the ability to guide a small team and brings 10-12 years of experience in trade, structured, or commoditylinked finance.

Key Responsibilities

(1) Liquidity Strategy & Institutional Investor Management

• Lead Olea's global liquidity strategy and funder engagement plans.
• Expand and manage relationships with institutional investors and liquidity partners.
• Source new liquidity channels and support scalable distribution growth.
• Align investor appetite with Olea's product roadmap and deal pipeline.
• Act as senior escalation point for commercial, risk, and governance matters.

(2) Transaction Structuring & Execution Leadership

• Lead endtoend negotiation and structuring of complex funding solutions (borrowing bases, repos, receivables financing, SCF programs).
• Oversee documentation review, credit discussions, onboarding, and operational setup.
• Ensure transactions meet commercial, legal, and risk standards.
• Deliver fitforpurpose structures balancing funder requirements and origination objectives.

(3) CrossFunctional Leadership, Market Insight & Governance

• Operate as a senior individual contributor with the ability to guide and mentor a small team.
• Drive seamless execution through strong crossfunctional collaboration.
• Manage posttransaction servicing, amendments, and ongoing investor engagement.
• Maintain governance, reporting quality, and risk controls.
• Provide market insights to shape product evolution and represent Olea as a subject matter expert.

RoleSpecific Technical Competencies

. 10-12 years experience in trade finance, structured finance, commodity-linked financing, distribution, syndication or treasury.

. Strong expertise in solutions such as borrowing base financing, inventory repos, receivables discounting, SCF and open account trade.

. Proven track record negotiating and executing large-scale facilities with banks and institutional investors.

. Strong legal and documentation capability able to review, negotiate and steer complex commercial and legal terms.

. Deep understanding of treasury, working capital, collateral management and operational risk flows.

. Ability to operate independently while maintaining strong communication and collaboration.

. Strategic and commercially minded, with an analytical approach to risk and structure.
