Director Corporate Development

We are pleased to be partnering a fast-growing, well-funded Technology group to appoint a Corporate Development Director into their organisation. They are preparing for their next major chapter of growth, hence the incoming will play a central role in shaping that journey: driving strategic transactions, evaluating partnerships and supporting the company's journey towards a future public listing. This role will be based in Singapore.

Job Description

• Lead and support M&A activity from origination through due diligence, valuation, and execution
• Evaluate and structure strategic partnerships across the group's multiple business lines
• Build financial models and strategic analyses to inform board and investor decisions
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to shape growth strategy
• Work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and senior leadership on high-priority initiatives
• Support IPO-readiness workstreams, working closely with the CFO's office, external bankers, and advisors

The Successful Candidate

• 10-15 years experience, ideally across a blend of in-house corporate development and external private equity/growth equity environments
• Exposure to capital markets transactions (IPO, fundraising rounds, or major M&A) strongly preferred
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
• Comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
• Excellent stakeholder management; this role will work directly with senior leadership and the board
