Our client is a reputed global professional services business and as a part of their growth needs in the region are looking to hire an experienced candidate within the Company Secretarial team. This is a newly created role and forms the part of the Sr Management team with regional coverage.
Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:
- Taking full ownership for all company secretarial matters for the region's fund's clients and leading the team to deliver best in class client servicing
- As a part of the regional senior management team, you will also have P&L responsibilities and an active role in leading the Comm Sec strategy for the region.
- Manage several key client relationships in the region
- Work with leaders from other teams and regions to deliver integrated solutions
To be eligible for this role, you must have:
- At least 12+years of working experience in company secretarial services. Regional experience is a strong plus
- A proven track record in working with Asset Management clients including private equity and real estate funds
- Strong knowledge in SPV related matters incl. understanding on corporate governance and regulatory compliance
- Experience in servicing multi jurisdictions in the region. Offshore jurisdictions a strong preference but not essential
- Prior experience in leading teams as well as working with top management internally and externally
- Excellent presentation and communication skills. Fluent written and spoken English essential
