Act as the Resident Director to fulfil ACRA requirements.
Provide strategic input on company growth, client acquisition, and compliance management.
Oversee incorporation of companies, ACRA filings, statutory registers, and corporate governance compliance.
Ensure compliance with Companies Act, ACRA, IRAS and other regulatory bodies.
Collaborate in managing business operations, client servicing, and team development.
Requirements (Strict)
Mandatory: Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate secretarial services / corporate governance.
Strong knowledge of ACRA filings, incorporation processes, maintenance of registers, and board/shareholder resolutions.
Membership in at least one professional body: Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (CSIS) Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ISCA) The Law Society of Singapore (for lawyers) Association of International Accountants (Singapore branch)
