Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead the strategic development and operational management of our hair and beauty salon business in Singapore.

The successful candidate will be responsible for business strategy, brand development, operational management, and expanding partnerships within the hair and beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

. Develop and execute long-term business strategies for the company
. Oversee daily operations of the hair and beauty salon business
. Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, suppliers, and stakeholders
. Lead business expansion initiatives and explore new market opportunities
. Ensure operational efficiency and service quality standards
. Manage financial performance and business planning
. Supervise management team and ensure business growth objectives are achieved

Requirements

. Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline
. Minimum 10 years of management experience in the hair or beauty industry
. Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities
. Experience in business development and market expansion
. Ability to work with international partners and suppliers
. Excellent communication and leadership skills
