Job Description

Oversee and direct the company's overall business operations, strategic planning and daily management activities. Develop business goals, policies and growth strategies to ensure sustainable development. Manage financial performance, budgets, cash flow and resource allocation. Lead, supervise and motivate employees, ensuring efficient work performance and compliance with company policies. Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and business partners. Identify new business opportunities, manage operational risks and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and corporate requirements.
