We are seeking an experienced Director, Business Solutions to lead a geographically dispersed pre-sales and solutions organization across the region. The successful candidate will guide teams in designing and positioning cloud-based SaaS, AI, and digital engagement solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop an international pre-sales and solutions team across the region, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and go-to-market plans.
- Work closely with sales specialists, marketing, product teams, partners, and regional leadership to drive commercial and strategic outcomes.
- Engage and influence stakeholders in services, support, operations, and R&D to support solution innovation and customer success.
- Oversee a team of solutions engineers responsible for positioning the full customer experience and digital engagement portfolio.
- Lead contributions to RFP/RFI processes, ensuring all proposed solutions are technically sound and aligned with customer requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders-including executives, financial decision makers, and technical influencers-throughout major sales cycles.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience managing and scaling regional pre-sales or solutions teams within the SaaS or cloud technology sector.
- Ability to balance competing priorities and deliver effectively under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud, and AI technologies, ideally within digital engagement or customer experience domains.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to assess customer challenges and articulate clear, compelling solutions.
- Strong executive-level presentation and communication abilities.
