Job Summary
We are seeking a high-caliber, Singapore-based Director of Business Growth to lead our commercial expansion across large and medium enterprises. In this role, you will drive net-new and expansion revenue for our premium management consulting, digital/AI transformation, and corporate training/enablement services.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep network and a proven track record of navigating complex B2B enterprise sales cycles within Singapore's key sectors, including Banking & Financial Services, Telecommunications, Energy, and Insurance. You will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and business business unit leaders, translating organizational friction points into tailored consulting frameworks and capability-building programs.
1. Enterprise Origination & Client Acquisition
Target, penetrate, and secure strategic consulting and training mandates across large and mid-market enterprises in Singapore (specifically focusing on Banks, Telcos, Utilities/Energy, and Insurance firms).
Lead end-to-end complex sales cycles, from initial discovery and problem definition to high-stakes RFP responses, commercial pricing, and closing agreements.
Strategically position our integrated portfolio: driving adoption for organizational transformation consulting alongside structured workforce enablement/training tracks.
2. Strategic Account Management & Advisory
Manage, nurture, and cross-sell into a growing portfolio of enterprise accounts, moving relationships from transactional vendors to strategic growth partners.
Partner closely with internal technical specialists, delivery heads, and instructional designers to co-create bespoke, high-impact proposals that address client-specific operational gaps.
Market Expertise & Enterprise Network:
Based in Singapore with a minimum of 7-10 years of heavy enterprise B2B sales or business development experience within the local market.
Deep, active networks and proven credibility selling directly to C-suite executives, Chief Human Resource Officers (CHROs), Head of L&D, and Business Unit Leaders in Singapore.
Prior experience selling intangibles: Management Consulting, Corporate Advisory, Workforce Transformation, or Accredited Enterprise Training Programs.
Language & Communication Proficiencies:
Bilingual Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin): Exceptional verbal and written command of both languages is strictly required. You must be comfortable presenting strategic business proposals, negotiating complex commercial contracts, and maintaining relationship equity with localized management teams, regional stakeholders, and Mandarin-speaking enterprise clients.
Commercial Acumen:
Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding an individual annual sales quota of S$1M+ through high-value enterprise deals.
Sophisticated consultative selling skills-the ability to diagnose organizational pain points and map them to custom capabilities rather than pitching rigid, off-the-shelf products.
Success is measured by high-yield pipeline velocity and contract values. You will succeed when you consistently open doors to Fortune 500s and regional enterprise giants, positioning our firm as the blueprint for their transformation and workforce enablement journeys.
