To develop global awareness, penetration, and growth of Dymax Products by utilizing the existing product line and identifying and realizing new opportunities, adjusting to market discoveries and conditions, and by working regionally to identify product offering needs, pricing, promotion, and channel partners.
Meet Dymax global revenue, sales, and organizational expectations by developing and revising, annually, a business model consistent with the global electronics strategic plan, including program goals, forecasts, objectives, and channel partner initiatives and other BCE brands as appropriate.
Create product interest, and recognize and promote opportunities to meet customer needs by interfacing with customers, channel partners, other market influencers, and internal teams
Drive development of Dymax lines globally, working across regions/brands by promoting product lines
Foster, retain and grow customer intimacy and key accounts by developing rapport with new prospects and customers, providing support that strengthens these relationships, presenting new solutions and services, and setting and meeting sales targets
Provide technical support and training with customer bases and internal stakeholders by liaising with global product managers (GPMs) and application engineering to organize sales training, and responding effectively to field requests for commercial information and stats
Coordinate new product technology roadmaps by preparing suitable business cases for new technology projects
Champion and monitor product development activities to develop innovative solutions, technology roadmaps, promotional activities, and tech days to GSAs
Create new product business development opportunities by strategic forecasting that uses a thorough knowledge of the electronics value chain, market and competitor intelligence to develop pipelines, provide services, and deliver solutions
