Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth for PingPong's cross-border payment solutions in the region.
- Identify and engage target clients including enterprises, marketplaces, fintechs, and digital platforms with cross-border payment needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and solution positioning to negotiation and deal closure.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers including CFOs, Heads of Payments, Treasury, and Finance leaders.
- Act as a trusted advisor on cross-border payments, FX solutions, and global payment infrastructure.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key clients.
Market Expansion
- Identify high-potential industries and market segments in Singapore, Malaysia and other countries in APAC.
- Develop localized go-to-market strategies to increase PingPong's market presence.
- Represent PingPong at relevant fintech and payments industry events.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, solution engineering, and operations teams to design tailored solutions for clients.
- Provide feedback from clients and the market to support product improvements and innovation.
- Ensure solutions meet regulatory and compliance requirements across both markets.
Pipeline & Forecast Management
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasting.
- Track sales performance against targets and contribute to overall regional growth strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years in fintech, payments, banking, financial services sales or cross-border trading / e-commerce, etc.
- Proven experience selling cross-border payments, FX solutions, or payment infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of fintech and payments ecosystem.
- Demonstrated track record of closing enterprise-level deals.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced fintech environment.
