Shape and execute the leasing strategy to drive Leasing P&L and revenue growth, align leasing plans with broader destination strategies to increase visitorship, dwell time, and conversion.
Lead commercial performance across tenants and internal business units through sales & marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotions to lift awareness and conversion.
Curate and deliver on‑site activations, programmes, and events that drive footfall, engagement, and repeat visitation.
Optimize tenant mix, space planning, and operational elements—including signage and wayfinding—to improve circulation, dwell time, commercial performance, and overall guest experience.
Support sourcing, and curation of tenants to deliver a differentiated, high‑performing mix aligned to target segments, IR strategy, and commercial objectives.
Requirements:
Min 10 years of leadership experience in leasing, retail, or lifestyle destinations, with proven P&L ownership and commercial accountability.
Demonstrated track record in driving destination performance, including footfall growth, conversion uplift, and revenue growth in physical environments.
Proven ability to partner tenants as commercial collaborators, delivering measurable outcomes through marketing, promotions, and performance initiatives.
Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder leadership, and execution discipline and activation programming and space planning
