We are seeking an experienced Director, Asset Management to lead portfolio performance and drive value creation across a regional real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for asset management, with full accountability for portfolio performance and KPIs
- Develop and execute strategies to optimise returns, enhance asset value, and manage risk
- Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and delivery of NOI, yield and IRR targets
- Lead asset enhancement, repositioning, and operational improvement initiatives
- Drive capital recycling and divestment processes, including Board approvals
- Support acquisitions, due diligence, and financing/refinancing strategies
- Manage asset management teams across multiple geographies
- Ensure strong governance, Board reporting, and integration of ESG initiatives
Requirements
- Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or related field (MBA preferred)
- 12-15 years of relevant real estate asset management experience
- Proven track record in portfolio performance, transactions, and leadership
- Strong financial, strategic, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with senior management and Boards
