Our client seeks a candidate with a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for those holding a Master's, CFA, or relevant degree/experience. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of relevant experience in a regulated sales position within an asset management firm in Asia.
The candidate must have a proven track record of developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that generate revenue from wholesale clients. A detailed understanding of the investor base and the competitive market environment is essential.
Possession of a broad range of contacts and established relationships with key clients is crucial. The candidate should have a strong external profile among clients and market participants and be able to demonstrate how this profile has been leveraged for business benefit in the past. A demonstrated track record of developing relationships and converting them into business and sales opportunities and AUM is required.
The ability to translate strategy into deliverable solutions and clearly articulate thoughts and ideas in a logical manner is necessary. Highly developed relationship management skills, sound business and commercial judgment, and a proactive, solutions-oriented, and client-focused service approach are also essential.
