I'm partnering with a leading enterprise that is making a significant investment in AI transformation and is looking for a Director, AI Platform & Engineering to help shape the future of its enterprise AI capabilities.
This is more than just another AI leadership role. You'll play a key role in building and scaling a centralized AI organization responsible for delivering enterprise-wide AI platforms, Generative AI, AI agents, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics that drive real business impact.
We're looking for someone with:
✅ Deep expertise in AI/ML platforms and software engineering
✅ Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and MLOps
✅ Strong cloud architecture and platform engineering experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
✅ A proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and delivering AI at enterprise scale
