Lead AI and data transformation growth and solutioning for priority clients in Southeast Asia. You will combine commercial ownership with technical leadership to advise on data management, governance, platform architecture and applied AI (traditional ML and GenAI), turning complex needs into practical, scalable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Shape client strategies that link business objectives to data-driven outcomes and measurable value.
- Lead data readiness assessments, solution blueprinting and proposals for analytics, AI and cloud solutions.
- Act as a primary liaison in senior stakeholder engagements and negotiations, building confidence in delivery capabilities.
- Translate business needs into technical and functional architectures present clear solution narratives to executive audiences.
- Drive pipeline creation and conversion identify opportunities, define win strategies and close high-value engagements.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver responsible, secure and scalable AI/data solutions.
- Contribute to thought leadership, offering development and partnerships to support sustainable growth.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in AI, data and analytics within enterprise environments, including leading complex programmes with commercial outcomes.
- Proven track record in solutions architecture across data platforms, ML/GenAI workflows and major cloud ecosystems.
- Comfortable engaging C-suite stakeholders able to explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Team leadership experience, including mentoring talent and coordinating multi-disciplinary delivery.
- Understanding of responsible AI, data governance and risk management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data/Information Systems, Engineering, Business or related field.
- Postgraduate qualifications in AI/ML or Business Administration are advantageous.
- Relevant certifications in AI/ML, cloud, data engineering and/or project delivery are desirable.
