Responsibilities
- Hardware Support Imaging and deployment of laptop, iPad, and iPhone. Basic troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Software support Installation of OS updates / patches, including firmware and drivers. Updating security patches of standard and end-point applications.
- Other Responsibilities Documenting procedures and knowledge base articles. Maintaining asset inventory (if required by customer). Collaborating with IT Teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Participating in continual improvement of services
Requirements
- Pursuing a diploma in IT or relevant
- Knowledge of Workplace / End-User / Desktop domain skills
- Operating Systems: Windows 10/11, MacOS, iOS, Android
- Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Excel, Word)
- Basic hardware troubleshooting, imaging, setup, and deployment: PC (desktop and laptop), iMac, MacBook
