Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile and highly skilled individual to fill the combined role of Videographer, Photographer, Editor, and Live Stream Operator.

This position is critical for capturing and presenting the essence of our programs, retreats, and philosophical content through high-quality visual media and engaging live experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A keen eye for aesthetics

• Strong technical proficiency across various media formats

• The ability to translate our brand's profound message into compelling visual stories

Key Responsibilities

1. Videography & Photography

Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video and photographic content for:

• Marketing

• Educational

• Archival purposes

  Cover content types including:

• Events

• Interviews

• Testimonials

• Promotional materials

  Operate professional:

• Cameras

• Lighting equipment

• Audio equipment

2. Video & Photo Editing

Edit raw video footage and photographs into polished, engaging, and brand-aligned content

• Execute:

• Color correction

• Sound design

• Motion graphics

• Visual effects

• Enhance storytelling and overall content impact

3. Live Stream Operator

Plan, set up, and direct live streaming events

Ensure:

• Seamless technical execution

• High-quality audio-visual output

• Engaging viewer experience

  Manage during live broadcasts:

• Cameras

• Audio

• Graphics

• Interaction elements

4. Content Conceptualization

• Collaborate with the producer and marketing teams

• Conceptualize visual narratives and strategies

• Ensure content effectively communicates Innerwork Circle's mission and values

5. Equipment Management

Maintain and manage all:

• Videography equipment

• Photography equipment

• Editing tools

• Live streaming equipment

  Ensure all equipment is:

• In excellent working condition

• Up-to-date

6. Archiving & Asset Management

Organize and archive all visual assets efficiently

Ensure:

• Easy accessibility

• Proper categorization

7. Quality Assurance

Ensure all produced content meets:

• High standards of quality

• Brand consistency

• Technical specifications

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience as a:

• Videographer

• Photographer

• Video Editor

• Live Stream Operator

• Comprehensive portfolio showcasing diverse work

  Expert proficiency in:

• Adobe Premiere Pro

• Final Cut Pro

• Adobe Photoshop

• Lightroom

• CapCut

• Canva

  Strong technical knowledge of:

• Camera operation

• Lighting techniques

• Audio recording

• Live streaming platforms and equipment

  Demonstrable experience in:

• Directing live events

• Managing technical aspects

• Managing on-screen talent

  Excellent:

• Communication skills

• Organizational skills

  Ability to:

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines
