Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Enhance Marketability of Digital Products:
- Ensure all digital products align with the company's branding, UI, and UX guidelines.
- Strengthen the synergy proposition for Sembcorp Power & Senoko through effective digital product integration (e.g., Billing Systems).
- PPT Design & Data Visualization:
- Utilize PowerPoint to craft compelling, visually engaging slides for storytelling, presentations, and strategic proposals.
- Present complex data in an easily digestible format (e.g., charts, graphs, infographics) to senior leadership and department heads.
- User-Centred Design Focus:
- User Experience (UX) Design: Create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and experiences that meet the needs of target users using tools like Figma.
- User Interface (UI) Design: Design visually appealing layouts, elements, and interactions that are consistent with the brand identity.
- Prototyping & Wireframing: Develop prototypes and wireframes to conceptualize product structure and functionality.
- Market Research: Conduct user and market research to inform design decisions by identifying trends, behaviours, and preferences.
- Accessibility & Inclusivity: Ensure digital products are accessible and usable for diverse audiences with varying abilities and backgrounds.
- Digital Brand Alignment: Maintain consistent visual elements and messaging to strengthen the company's brand identity.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, to ensure timely and efficient product development and seamless integration.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in digital product design; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in the following tools and technologies is highly desirable:
- Figma (for UI/UX design, wireframing, prototyping)
- Python (basic knowledge)
- Microsoft Office 365 Automation (e.g., Power Automate, Visio)
- Wireframing tools
- Independent worker with strong initiative and a positive attitude, while also being a collaborative team player. · Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design precision. · Strong verbal and written communication skills.
