Department: Digital Transformation Innovator

Report to: Deputy Manager

Supervise: N/A

Functional Relationships with: Business Engineer, Sales & Marketing and external partners.

The successful candidate will:

As a Digital Transformation Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving our organization's digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with business users and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for digital innovation, develop and implement effective digital strategies, and ensure the successful execution of digital projects. Your expertise in digital technologies and your ability to bridge the gap between business and technology will be essential to your success.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

. Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects, from initial ideation, strategic planning to execution, deployment, and post-implementation analysis.

. Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for innovative DX solutions that enhance business processes and operational efficiency.

. Develop detailed project plans, including managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful delivery on scope, schedule, and budget.

. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather requirements, provide updates, and support stakeholder engagement.

. Monitor project risks and issues proactively, escalating them to management and recommending mitigation strategies as appropriate.[CS1]

. Support the development and maintenance of automation scripts or small applications that optimize processes and increase productivity.

. Oversee testing, validation, and quality assurance activities to ensure delivered solutions meet requirements and standards.

. Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date project documentation, including requirements, process flows, user manuals, and status reports.

Ability/ Competency Required:

. Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

. 3 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are also welcome.

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with business and technical teams.

. Proficient in requirement gathering, documentation, and project scheduling tools (e.g., ASANA).

. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

. Knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools (e.g., Power BI) is desirable.
