Headquarted in Singapore, my client is the fastest growing and leading ecommerce solution provider in Southeast Asia. With their expansion plans, they are looking for a Digital Transformation Manager (ERP Implementation) to build the IT space in Singapore and drive digital change within the company.

Reporting to the COO, this is an individual contributor position who will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting the corporate IT functions of the Singapore office.

about the role

• Digital Transformation - Planning, defining, and implementing digital strategy roadmap for the organisation.
• Project Management - Manage all IT project timelines, department budgets and prepare monthly presentation reports to the management team.
• ERP System Implementation
• Others e.g. Infrastructure Operations, Development of Cybersecurity policies / procedures etc.

skills and requirements needed

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimally 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience - building an IT team from scratch / ERP implementation (Oracle/ SAP)
• Experienced in leading / managing a team
• Passionate about technology and possesses the visionary to drive digital change
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment
• Strong project management & problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Good to have - experience or background in ecommerce / SellUSeller
