Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of digital transformation initiatives to improve business processes and operational efficiency
- Assist in gathering user requirements, documenting workflows, and identifying automation or digitization opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support ongoing digital projects and system enhancements
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to inform decision-making
- Provide support for software development, user acceptance testing (UAT), system rollouts, and post-implementation tracking
- Prepare training materials and assist in end-user training and adoption activities to ensure smooth transitions
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital initiatives and escalate issues as needed
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to facilitate project execution
- Perform data entry, validation, and basic analysis to support operational decisions
- Execute other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or related field
- Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or SQL
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools
- Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
- Strong interest in process improvement, automation, and digital technologies
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills applied to business challenges
- Effective communication skills and willingness to learn from stakeholders and team members
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and agile environment
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies
