Digital Transformation / Business Analyst

Role Description The Digital Transformation / Business Analyst is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore River, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for analyzing existing business processes and systems, identifying opportunities for digital transformation, and translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements. Day-to-day tasks include conducting stakeholder interviews, mapping workflows, performing data and process analysis, preparing documentation, and supporting the design and implementation of new tools or platforms. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, testing solutions, monitoring performance, and recommending continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and evaluate the impact of digital initiatives.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and Business Requirements definition to translate stakeholder needs into structured specifications.
• Experience with Business Process mapping and optimization to streamline operations and support transformation projects.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, present findings, and facilitate workshops or meetings.
• Experience in digital transformation, process improvement, or systems implementation within professional services or real estate is an advantage.
• Comfort with using productivity and collaboration tools; familiarity with data visualization or project management software is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and in teams in a hybrid environment, with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Relevant academic background in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred.
