Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, operational challenges, and process improvement opportunities.
- Analyse, document, and translate business needs into clear workflows, functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation.
- Support the implementation and configuration of digital systems and platforms to improve operational efficiency.
- Facilitate discussions between business users and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Assist in Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives, system enhancements, and process automation projects.
- Develop, maintain, and generate reports to support business insights and decision-making.
- Coordinate testing activities, including user acceptance testing, issue tracking, and validation of system enhancements.
- Support user onboarding, system access management, and governance processes.
- Contribute to change management efforts by preparing user guides, training materials, and process documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience in business analysis, digital transformation, IT project support, systems implementation, or process improvement initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to gather requirements, document processes, and coordinate across multiple teams.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, workflow management platforms, reporting tools, or enterprise applications will be advantageous.
- Experience supporting testing activities such as SIT, UAT, or system implementation projects is preferred.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
