Job Summary
Support digital transformation initiatives by collaborating with BI, IT, and business teams to improve CRM integration, fleet management, and operational digitalisation, enhancing process efficiency and system adoption.
Responsibilities
- Support digital and transformation initiatives across CRM integration, fleet management systems, and operational digitalisation to enhance business processes
- Collaborate with BI, IT, and business teams to identify and implement process improvements that increase data visibility and system adoption
- Analyze data and develop dashboards using tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Tableau to support decision-making
- Validate data accuracy and ensure system processes meet operational requirements
- Document processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to facilitate knowledge sharing and system use
- Coordinate basic project activities to support system implementation and automation projects
- Apply analytical thinking to break down problems and propose structured solutions for digital initiatives
- Demonstrate learning agility by quickly adapting to new systems and tools in a fast-paced environment
- Take ownership and accountability by proactively driving tasks to completion
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across business, IT, and operations teams to achieve project goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in :
- Business Analytics / Information Systems
- Computer Science / Engineering
- Business / Operations / Supply Chain
- Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience welcome
- Strong academic foundation in data, systems or process improvement preferred
Required Experience
Internship / project experience in any of the following:
- CRM systems
- Data analysis / dashboards (e.g. Microsoft Power BI, Tableau software)
- Process improvement / digitalisation projects
- Exposure to system implementation or automation projects is a plus
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (school projects / internships acceptable)

- Basic knowledge of system integration concepts (APIs is a bonus)
