Digital Solution Analyst (Automation)

Our client, a technology automotive manufacturing firm (MNC), is looking for a Digital Solution Analyst (1 Year Direct Contract) to join their team. This is a newly created headcount with the intention to expand their team.

Salary: Up to S$4k, comes with AWS & VB

Job Scope

• Identify manual and inefficient processes within the department and design automated solutions to improve workflow efficiency.

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide real-time visibility of departmental KPIs and Lean performance metrics.

• Leverage Python or similar tools to automate repetitive data processing, reporting, and system integration tasks.

• Support process mapping activities (e.g., Value Stream Mapping) to identify waste and improvement opportunities through digitalization.

• Collaborate closely with the Senior Automation Engineer to learn existing systems and contribute to ongoing digital transformation initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply as training is provided.

• Basic knowledge of Python, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Power Platform.

• Ability to create basic reports and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.

• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL and Excel (Macros/VBA is an added advantage).

• Strong interest in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement, with a passion for problem-solving and process optimization.

• Curious, proactive, and able to clearly communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

• Please note that this is a renewable contract

Working hours: 8am - 5.33pm (Mon - Fri) (100% work on-site)
