[2026 Internship] Digital & Social Media Intern
Duration: Full-time Internship (6-month period)
What You Will Be Working On
You will support Codex's external branding, digital presence and community engagement, working across content creation, visual design, social media platforms and events. This is a hands-on role where your ideas will be tested, published and seen.
Content Creation
- Create and curate content for Codex's digital platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Social Media platforms, corporate website, newsletters and other relevant channels)
- Support content ideation, editing and basic content planning
- Experiment with different content formats such as posts, stories and short-form videos
- Create graphics, infographics and short videos using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or CapCut to develop visual content
Social Media Management
- Support day-to-day social media management, including scheduling posts and maintaining content calendars
- Monitor engagement and identify content trends and opportunities to increase visibility and engagement
Events & Brand Activations
- Provide logistical and communications support for industry events and or trade shows
- Assist with pre-event promotions and post-event content such as event highlights and recaps
Market Research & Performance Insights
- Conduct basic research on industry trends, competitors and digital content practices
- Track and analyse content and campaign performance using tools such as LinkedIn Analytics or Google Analytics
- Consolidate insights and suggest improvements to enhance future content performance
Job Requirements
What We Are Looking For
We value curiosity, initiative and a willingness to learn. You will be well suited for this role if you:
- Are currently pursuing a Diploma in communications, media, design, marketing, technology or related fields
- Have a strong interest in digital content, social media, and storytelling
- Enjoy writing, designing, editing, or experimenting with creative ideas
- Are comfortable using or eager to learn digital content and design tools
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Are organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
- Are proactive, self-motivated and receptive to feedback
