Now, we're looking for a Digital SEO & AI Search Specialist to join our Digital Growth team - someone who thrives at the intersection of search, creativity, and emerging AI technologies.

Role Overview

You'll take full ownership of Blitzwerks search visibility across traditional and next-generation search platforms. This role goes beyond keyword optimization - you'll pioneer strategies to rank on AI-driven discovery engines like SearchGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini, while driving organic growth across Google and Bing.

Your impact will be felt in how customers find, engage, and convert across our digital ecosystem - from e-commerce stores to content platforms across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SEO performance across Google, Bing, and emerging AI search platforms.

• Create and optimize AI-search-friendly content that ranks on SearchGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.

• Manage and implement website updates and UX improvements across Shopify and WordPress.

• Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization using HubSpot, Optimizely, or similar tools.

• Execute GEO/local SEO strategies with localized landing pages for key SEA markets.

• Ensure accurate analytics, tagging, and performance tracking across GA4 and GTM.

• Collaborate with internal design, development, and agency teams to continuously improve site health, performance, and discoverability.

  
  What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in SEO strategy and execution (on-page, technical, content).

  • Strong understanding of AI search algorithms and content ranking dynamics.

  • Hands-on familiarity with Ahrefs, SEMRush, Google Search Console, and analytics dashboards.

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for troubleshooting and implementation.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively across multiple projects.

  • Passion for data-driven experimentation and emerging tech in digital growth.
