Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, digitally savvy, and customer-focused Digital Sales Executive to join our expanding team. This role is responsible for driving new EV car sales, engaging customers through digital platforms, and converting leads into successful transactions. The ideal candidate is motivated by performance targets, demonstrates strong communication skills, and thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

Online Car Sales

  • Manage end-to-end online car sales processes, including lead engagement, product presentation, virtual consultations, and digital documentation.
  • Respond promptly to online enquiries across multiple platforms (website, live chat, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate vehicle listings, ensuring up-to-date product information, pricing, and promotional details.
  • Provide customers with clear and accurate advice on vehicle specifications, financing options, warranties, and trade-in processes.
  • Work closely with operations and showroom teams to coordinate test drives, vehicle delivery, and post-sale support.

Telemarketing & Lead Management

  • Conduct outbound calls to engage prospects, qualify leads, and drive appointments or online conversions.
  • Script structured call scripts where required to maintain service consistency and compliance.
  • Perform lead qualification to identify customer needs, buying intent, and readiness to transact.
  • Maintain high call standards while ensuring operational discipline and adherence to compliance protocols.
  • Performance & Reporting
  • Work within performance tracking tools (CRM, Tableau, or equivalent) to update records, manage pipelines, and monitor KPIs.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, appointment quotas, and service-level expectations.
  • Provide regular updates on sales progress, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Customer Engagement & Service Excellence
  • Build rapport with customers through professional and persuasive communication.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service throughout the sales cycle, ensuring positive digital touchpoints.
  • Handle objections and rejection professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.

Qualifications

Diploma or equivalent.

2-3 years of experience in digital sales, telemarketing, telesales, or customer service.

Strong verbal communication, persuasive selling skills, and customer-handling capability.

Familiarity with CRM systems, performance dashboards (e.g., Tableau), and digital engagement tools.

Comfortable working in a structured, target-driven environment.

Knowledge of appointment scheduling, SLA metrics, and compliance requirements.

Resilient, self-motivated, and able to maintain professionalism under pressure.
