Job Responsibilities

  • Outdoor Canvassing & Lead Generation: Actively approach individuals and businesses in assigned locations to introduce Websentials courses and digital solutions, generating qualified leads through face-to-face engagement.
  • Course Promotion & Enrolment: Promote and explain training programs, workshops, and upskilling opportunities clearly, guiding prospects through the enrolment process and achieving sign-up targets.
  • Client Engagement: Build rapport quickly with prospects, conduct on-the-spot presentations, and effectively communicate the value of Websentials offerings in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Opportunities Identification: Identify potential business needs and uncover opportunities for digital solutions or partnerships through on-ground interactions and networking.
  • Sales Conversion: Handle objections confidently, follow up with interested prospects, and convert leads into confirmed enrolments or qualified business opportunities.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, follow-ups, and client progress in the CRM system.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales, roadshows, canvassing, or customer-facing roles (experience in education or training sales is an advantage).
  • Communication Skills: Clear, persuasive, and confident in both phone and in-person interactions.
  • Self-Motivation: Able to work independently in outdoor environments, manage time effectively, and consistently meet targets
  • Energy & Presence: Comfortable engaging with strangers, proactive in initiating conversations, and able to maintain a positive attitude throughout the day.
  • Hunter Mentality: Results-driven, target-focused, and committed to achieving goals.
  • Resilience: Able to handle challenges and rejection with a positive, persistent mindset.
