Reports To: Country Manager

Salary Range:$5,500 to $6,500 Monthly

Job Overview:

As a Digital Sales & Customer Success Specialist, you will play a key role in driving Technogym's commercial growth by accelerating digital sales adoption. Your primary focus will be on achieving digital revenue targets through new site activations, upselling software, devices, and services, and maximizing recurring revenue streams. Customer success is your lever to achieve sales impact: by ensuring clients realize measurable outcomes, you will secure renewals, reduce churn, and create the foundation for long-term expansion. This dual focus blends consultative digital sales with proactive customer engagement, positioning Technogym's Digital Ecosystem as the leading solution for fitness and wellness operators.

You are passionate about fitness, wellness, and digital technology. A strong communicator and team player, you have a proven track record in B2B sales and/or customer success and are driven by results and long-term client value.

Responsibilities:

  • Digital Sales - Deliver and exceed digital sales KPIs, including Mywellness CRM installations, digital hardware (Bio, Checkup, Visio) units sold, and recurring digital license revenue.
  • Account Growth & Expansion - Act as a commercial owner of assigned accounts, driving renewals, upsells, and cross-sells to maximize digital penetration.
  • New Business Development - Support the sales pipeline by positioning Technogym's digital ecosystem in pitches, demos, and proposals to win new clients in all the B2B segments.
  • Onboarding: Help new customers get started with the product or service by guiding them through the setup process, providing training, and ensuring they understand how to use it effectively.
  • Product Education: Educate customers about the features and capabilities of the product / service to help them maximize its value. Develop training materials, user guides, and documentation to help customers use the product effectively.
  • Revenue Through Adoption - Ensure customer onboarding and training are commercially focused: adoption and engagement must translate into measurable ROI, renewals, and additional sales.
  • Customer Retention & Churn Reduction - Maintain digital license revenues by monitoring usage, anticipating risks, and implementing retention strategies.
  • Upselling via Data Insights - Analyze customer usage data to identify gaps, uncover upsell opportunities, and present clear business cases for additional solutions.
  • Sales Enablement & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop pitches, success stories, and case studies that showcase ROI and accelerate deal conversion.
  • Executive Relationships - Build strategic relationships with client decision-makers to influence purchasing decisions and secure long-term contracts.
  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting - Track, report, and forecast digital sales performance, ensuring alignment with commercial targets.
  • Market Feedback - Bring client and market insights back to HQ and product teams to sharpen digital positioning and competitive advantage.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, pre-sales support, consultancy, or customer success.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, science, or related field.
  • Comfortable in both sales and post-sales environments, with a solution-oriented and customer-focused attitude.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, consultative sales techniques, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong project management, time management, problem-solving, and analytical/data analysis skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Tech-savviness and willingness to learn new digital tools and platforms.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • A passion for wellness and fitness is preferred.
