Intern - Digital Projects (July - Dec 2026)
The APAC Digital Projects team supports regional Ecommerce and customer platforms to ensure operational excellence, platform quality and consistency across APAC markets. As a Digital Projects Intern, APAC, you will support core run and project-related activities across content operations, testing, data audit and digital benchmarking.
Your main tasks:
SEO Updates and Content Support in Ecommerce System
- Support implementation of SEO-related updates in Ecommerce system for APAC markets, including metadata, content fields, on-page updates and other structured changes based on regional or market requirements.
- Assist in validating content accuracy and completeness before and after updates and help maintain trackers to monitor progress and outstanding actions across markets.
Consumer Application Sprint Regression Testing
- Support sprint regression testing activities for consumer application releases by executing predefined test scenarios, recording results, logging defects and retesting fixes under guidance from the team.
- Help maintain test documentation, test evidence and release readiness trackers to ensure issues are clearly documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
Master Customer Data Audit
- Assist in auditing customer data for APAC markets by identifying duplicates, inaccurate data, consolidating findings and prepare files or reports for review by the team.
- Support data quality follow-up by tracking observations, highlighting trends or recurring issues, and ensuring proper documentation of audit outcomes.
Competitor Monitoring and Digital Benchmarking
- Conduct competitor monitoring and digital benchmarking across APAC and key reference markets, including reviews of mega campaigns (eg. Double 11, Black Friday), promotional mechanics, content execution, site features and customer-facing functionalities.
- Summarize findings into clear benchmark decks or reports and highlight relevant ideas, gaps or best practices for internal sharing and discussion.
Operational Coordination and Documentation
- Support the team in maintaining trackers, preparing status updates, organizing findings, and documenting standard operating procedures or working files related to recurring activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time, escalating issues or blockers when necessary.
You Have:
- Able to commit to full-time internship for a duration of 6 months (July - Dec 2026)
- Strong interest in Ecommerce, digital operations, customer platforms or quality assurance in a regional business environment.
- High level of accuracy, detail orientation and discipline in following structured processes and trackers.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and presentation materials; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.
- Interest in SEO, website content management or digital merchandising is a plus.
- Basic understanding of website testing, QA, or regression testing principles is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; with the ability to work effectively across teams and markets.
- Proactive, organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
