What does a Digital Project Executive do at WPP Production
As a Digital Project Executive, you are the crucial link that transforms information requests from our internal Account Management team into actionable deliverables. Your primary role is to efficiently traffic work into our creative and studio departments, carefully balancing available resources, media schedules, brand guidelines, and stakeholder expectations. You should possess exceptional organizational skills and take full accountability for ensuring your campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and within budget.
Reporting lines and key stakeholders
This role reports directly to the Project Director. You will collaborate closely with our Project Management, Client Servicing, Studio, and Creative teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
- Manage all aspects of client campaigns from the initial planning phase through to final delivery.
- Monitor project timelines and deadlines, set realistic expectations, and proactively identify and mitigate any potential delays.
- Escalate issues to the relevant stakeholder promptly and effectively.
- Actively foster strong, collaborative relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain a clear understanding of brand guidelines to ensure all creative output remains on-brand.
- Draft and distribute accurate contact reports, meeting agendas, and regular project updates.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects at any one time, skillfully navigating different stages of completion and varying requirements.
- Liaise across Account Management, Transcreation, Creative, Studio, and 3rd-party vendors, ensuring all stakeholders are kept up to date on project progress.
- Collaborate with various departments to source creative assets and artwork, and swiftly resolve any queries or workflow issues.
- Provide actionable advice and solutions for digital, social content, and print production challenges.
- Book and schedule work efficiently within the studio and creative departments to optimize resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year/ prior internship experiences in Account Management or Project Management in an advertising agency.
- Experience working with digital platforms, social content, print production, or graphic design workflows.
- Strong numeracy skills.
- Excellent prioritization and time-management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Resilience and the ability to thrive and maintain focus under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
