Job Summary:

Serve as the Digital Programme Lead responsible for orchestrating end-to-end delivery, governance, and operational execution of key agency digital initiatives. This role plays as a critical integrator across business, tech, and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring platform readiness, timely execution, scalable rollout, and measurable performance outcomes. The role requires a blend of structured programme discipline, strategic foresight and field empathy to ensure successful execution and long-term adoption of our next-Prudential platform.

Job Descriptions:

  • Programme Governance & Stakeholder Alignment - Design and manage programme governance structures across business, tech, agency, and Group. Define roles, drive sprint cadences and ensure alignment across workstreams and maintain clarity on accountability and decision-making authority.
  • Integrated Delivery Planning & Risk Management - Develop and manage the integrated delivery plan for agency-driven digital platforms, ensuring coordination of timelines, resources and interdependencies. Identify delivery risks early and lead mitigation planning across cross-functional partners.
  • Delivery Partner and Vendor Management - Work closely with internal Tech team and external vendor to ensure timely and fit-for-purpose delivery. Align on scope, requirements and resourcing across in-house builds and outsourced components. Define clear milestones, SOW and acceptance criteria. Monitor performance, escalate risks and ensure all parties meet business outcomes and programme timelines.
  • Success Metrics & KPI Tracking - Define and monitor success KPIs (e.g. usage, adoption, awareness, recruitment uplift, performance scalability). Track progress, flag issues, and validate impact. Surface performance reporting to senior leadership and Group counterparts.
  • Change & Readiness Orchestration - Work in close partnerships with change team to drive go-to-market readiness by aligning content, training, and change management plans. Coordinate rollout planning across clusters, including launch waves, agent/leader onboarding, and communication sequences.
  • Feedback Loop & Continuous Improvement - Own the structured feedback loop mechanism, including field testing, testing and product reviews. Prioritise enhancements with PO and Tech based on learnings and user needs. Ensure user sentiment is captured and addressed throughout the programme lifecycle.

  • Structured and disciplined programme delivery mindset

  • Strategic foresight - able to anticipate risks, map interdependencies, and plan multiple steps ahead

  • Strong leadership, coordination, and facilitation skills across business, tech and vendor teams

  • Tight operational follow-through, ensures clarity on next steps , owners and timelines at all times

  • Excellent communication including visualisation of progress, issues and impact (dashboards, slides)

  • High resilience and decisiveness under ambiguity comfortable navigating across local/group

  • Collaborative mindset with strong influence across business and technical teams

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or equivalent field

  • 8-12 years experience in large-scale digital programme with preferred experiences in insurance, financial services or sales-driven businesses.

  • Proven experience managing complex stakeholder landscapes across tech, analytics and distribution

  • Background or exposure to consulting or structured transformation environment will be of advantage
