Key Responsibilities:
.Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for virtual account management solutions.
.Collaborate with IT, operations, and finance teams to implement seamless payment processes.
.Support integration of virtual accounts with core banking and payment systems.
.Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
.Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and optimize workflows.
.Act as liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project alignment.
.Support testing, UAT, and issue resolution during system rollouts.
.Monitor performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
.Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users as needed.
.Strong understanding of banking operations, payments, and virtual accounts.
.Experience with payment systems, reconciliation, and process documentation.
.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
.8- 12 years of experience in banking or payments domain.
.Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
.Ability to work in cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time.
