Responsibilities:
. Manage the entire product line lifecycle, from conception and planning to marketing activities.
. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, new technologies and competitor offerings. Evaluate product functionality and performance, propose enhancements based on market feedback, and drive product competitiveness.
. Conduct research and analysis on potential partner relationships for the product, generating ideas to grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive business growth.
. Collaborate cross-functional teams (engineering, UX/UI, marketing, sales, operations) work on customer insights of key account markets in Singapore and across Asia, identifying, developing, and closing project opportunities. Offer consultation and guidance to internal teams to help shape future product development and strategy.
. Conduct individual and seminar presentations to prospects and customers on Huawei solutions to develop new project opportunities.
. Manage pre-sales aspects of tender management and responses by organizing, replying to, and providing clarification on tender requests.
. Promote the full range of Huawei products such as digital platform, software apps to customers, producing and delivering formal presentations and business proposals.
. To collaborate and communicate directly with Chinese speaking officers, stakeholders, counterparts, and customers in China HQ team.
Requirements:
. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science , or a related discipline, or equivalent qualifications.
. Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT related product management, preferably in digital platforms, SaaS, e-commerce, or mobile apps.
. Minimum 3-5 years of experience of product management in related fields in Telecom, cloud technologies, API , 5G, and digital product is required.
. Hands-on experience in delivering Huawei digital product projects, with a strong track record of successful implementation and deployment.
. Proven track record in high-stakes, high-value contract negotiations and successful deal closures. Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to align business objectives with client expectations while safeguarding profitability and long-term partnerships.
. This role may require business travel to other countries depending on business needs.
. Proficiency in Mandarin is required to ensure effective communication with the Chinese-speaking stakeholders, including head office, business counterparts, and customers based in China.
