Job Description

Introduction

MediaOne has built an award-winning marketing technology platform used by our team for SEO, content, AI-search optimisation, reporting, campaign management and client advisory work.

The platform is currently designed for internal specialists. We now want to turn it into a polished, self-serve SaaS product that customers in Singapore and international markets can sign up for, understand quickly and use confidently on their own.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who can help us productise the platform, improve the UX/UI, define the MVP, work with designers and developers, and prepare the product for go-to-market.

This role requires someone who understands not only product strategy, but also user experience, software requirements, technical dependencies, infrastructure considerations and commercial launch planning.

A competitive salary will be offered to the successful candidate. Highly qualified and experienced candidates may also be considered for stock or stock options.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for turning our internal platform into a customer-facing SaaS product.
  • Review the existing tools and workflows, then decide what should be included in the MVP, what should come later and what should remain internal.
  • Improve the overall user experience by simplifying complex expert workflows into clear, guided and intuitive customer journeys.
  • Work closely with UI/UX designers to define key screens, dashboards, navigation, onboarding flows, user prompts, permissions and reporting views.
  • Prepare clear product specifications, user stories and requirements that developers and designers can build from.
  • Work with the engineering team to understand software requirements, data flows, integrations, API needs, technical limitations and scalability considerations.
  • Assess any hardware, hosting, cloud infrastructure, processing, storage, security or performance requirements that may affect the product roadmap or user experience.
  • Define onboarding and activation journeys so users can experience value quickly after signing up.
  • Recommend pricing, packaging, plan tiers, usage limits, free-trial or freemium models, and self-service signup flows.
  • Identify target customer segments, use cases, positioning and go-to-market priorities for Singapore and international markets.
  • Help productise AI-powered features in a way that is clear, trustworthy and useful for non-technical users.
  • Define success metrics such as activation, retention, conversion, feature adoption, time-to-value and churn risk.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, Product Lead or SaaS Product Consultant.
  • Experience turning an internal tool, early-stage platform, agency workflow or complex software product into a customer-facing SaaS product.
  • Strong UX/UI product sense, with the ability to make complex workflows simpler, clearer and easier to use.
  • Experience working with designers, developers and technical teams to produce user flows, wireframes, product specs and build-ready requirements.
  • Good understanding of software product development, including dashboards, user roles, permissions, data flows, integrations, APIs, reporting, security and scalability.
  • Ability to understand infrastructure and hardware requirements well enough to make practical product decisions.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS, self-serve SaaS, product-led growth, free trials, freemium models or subscription pricing.
  • Experience with marketing, SEO, SEM, analytics, AI, automation, reporting, CRM or workflow tools would be a strong advantage.
  • Experience productising AI or LLM-powered features for non-technical users would be highly valuable.
  • Strong commercial and go-to-market thinking, especially around customer segmentation, positioning, pricing, beta launch planning and international market readiness.
  • Clear written and spoken English, with the ability to explain product, UX and technical decisions clearly.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate has already helped bring a SaaS product from concept, prototype or internal tool to paying customers.

You should be able to understand the existing platform, simplify the user experience, prioritise what matters, work closely with design and engineering, and help us build a product that is easy to use, easy to trust, easy to buy and easy to scale.
