About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric professional to lead digital initiatives in the personal investing space. This role will focus on developing compelling digital product propositions, designing seamless customer journeys, and driving adoption of our online channels through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop Digital Product Proposition
- Partner with Product teams to formulate digital product propositions that resonate with customers.
- Conduct small-scale experiments to test market acceptance and iterate continuously for optimal outcomes.
2. Design Customer Journey with Data in Mind
- Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct customer immersions, uncovering customer needs and defining digital experiences across touchpoints.
- Drive research and feedback loops to design efficient, customer-friendly UI/UX experiences.
- Analyse customer profiles, segments, and transactional behaviours; engage directly with customers to gain deeper insights.
3. Take Charge of Online Channel Share
- Develop strategies to grow online acquisition channels by leveraging digital platforms.
- Use internal data to identify opportunities for increasing digital adoption.
- Partner with Product and Business Analytics teams to design targeted marketing campaigns.
4. Drive Digital Initiatives in Personal Investing
- Lead and coordinate digital initiatives from onboarding through fulfilment, working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and propose enhancements using data-driven insights.
- Support post-implementation activities, including user training, issue investigation, and escalation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related discipline.
- Around 3-5 years of experience in digital product management, customer experience, or data-driven strategy.
- Good analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (SQL, Python, or equivalent).
- Experience in financial services, asset management, or personal investing is a plus
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
