As Digital Product Manager, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products and platforms, from strategic planning through design, development, launch and post-launch optimisation. Your responsibilities include:
- Define digital product vision, roadmap and strategy in alignment with business goals, user needs and market opportunities.
- Guide product development from concept through to launch: collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI, developers, marketing, analytics and operations.
- Manage the entire product line life cycle, including requirement gathering, prioritisation, backlog management, release planning, product enhancements and feature optimisation.
- Monitor product performance, user behaviour, KPIs and market feedback evaluate functionality and performance propose enhancements and iterate to improve customer experience and product metrics.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and partner evaluation identify new business opportunities, potential partner relationships and growth initiatives.
- Oversee development of business proposals for new product opportunities liaise with stakeholders to align product strategy with commercial objectives.
- Ensure alignment with digital marketing, analytics and technology platforms (e.g., web, app, APIs, data integration) to deliver seamless product experience.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Programming & Systems Analysis / Science (Computer Studies) OR at least 3 years experience as a Digital Product Manager.
- Proven track record in digital product management, preferably in digital or technology-driven environment, covering product lifecycle, roadmap development and launch.
- Strong collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams (tech, design, marketing, analytics).
- Experience working with digital platforms (web, mobile, APIs, data integration) is preferred.
- Analytical mindset: comfortable using product analytics, user-behaviour data and market insights to drive product decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Self-starter attitude, able to manage multiple product initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred / Good-to-have
- Experience working in marketing technology (MarTech) or digital analytics solutions.
- Familiarity with SaaS product models, API integrations, data platforms or cloud-based product architecture.
- Experience working with agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) or product-management tools (Jira, Confluence).
