Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on Digital Printing Operator with experience in operating digital print presses and finishing equipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, takes initiative, and has an eye for design. This role involves handling the end-to-end production process, including artwork preparation, printing, and finishing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate digital printing presses and ensure optimal print quality
- Set up, run, and maintain finishing equipment (laminator, guillotine, creaser, folder, etc.)
- Perform basic artwork amendments using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Prepare and preflight artwork files for printing
- Monitor print jobs for color accuracy, alignment, and finishing quality
- Work closely with the production team to meet daily deadlines
Requirements:
- Prior hands-on experience with digital printing and finishing machines
- Familiar with lamination, cutting, creasing, and binding processes
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong sense of responsibility and initiative
- Eye for detail and good design sensibility
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
