This is a contract role with the contract ending on the 31 Dec 2026.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead full-funnel, performance-based media strategies across APAC markets.
- Create integrated media plans across biddable channels (SEM, paid social, programmatic display/video, app install) and non-biddable channels (direct buys, sponsorships, premium publishers, offline where relevant).
- Ensure market-level plans are locally relevant while aligned with regional strategies.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for various ads solutions manager.
- Optimize media investments using ROI, CPA, LTV, and incrementality frameworks.
- Stay updated on APAC media trends, platform differences, regulatory requirements, and market challenges.
- Build performance frameworks, run test-and-learn experiments, and translate data into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, creative, and regional teams to ensure cohesive execution.
- Guide agency partners with clear strategy, governance, and performance benchmarks.
Requirements
- 7+ years in media strategy, planning, or performance marketing, with APAC focus.
- Hands-on expertise across biddable and non-biddable media channels.
- Strong SEM knowledge, including platform-specific nuances across APAC.
- Understanding of APAC consumer behavior, media consumption patterns, and local market challenges.
- Experience designing and scaling performance-based media strategies across multiple markets.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
