Job Description

E-commerce Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy, including business goals, marketing plans, and sales targets.

Strengthen the Online Presence: Expand the business to e-commerce field and build brand awareness on multiple channels such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Instagram and other marketplaces.

Product Management: Manage the online product catalogue, including product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels. Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information.

Customer Experience: Enhance the online shopping experience to drive customer satisfaction and retention. This may involve improving website navigation, optimising checkout processes, and providing excellent customer support.

Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including social media marketing, and content marketing to drive traffic and sales.

Traditional Marketing: Use offline media such as flyers, mail advertisements or other print ads to reach a broader audience.

Data Analysis: Use web analytics tools to track website performance, sales, and customer behaviour. Analyse data to make informed decisions and adjustments to the e-commerce strategy.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that products are in stock and available for customers. Implement inventory control strategies to reduce overstock and understock situations.

Supply Chain and Fulfillment: Coordinate with suppliers, retail staff, warehouse staff and logistics partners to ensure smooth order processing, shipping, and delivery.

Customer Service: Oversee customer service and support functions, addressing customer inquiries, issues, and returns promptly and professionally. Assist in retail operations to enrich customer online experience. Online support requires retail operations support during full operational hours and staff is expected to cover shift hours.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the e-commerce budget, including marketing expenditures, website maintenance, and other operational costs.

Competitor Analysis: Keep an eye on the e-commerce landscape, including competitor activities, pricing, and industry trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Content Management: Create and manage product descriptions, images, and other content that can engage customers and drive sales.

E-commerce Technology: Stay updated on e-commerce technologies and trends, and implement new tools and systems that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the e-commerce operation.

Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with e-commerce laws and regulations, including data protection, privacy, and consumer rights.
