We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Media Marketing Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and executing omni-channel digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, acquiring high-quality traffic, and achieving conversion goals. This role requires a deep understanding of the social media ecosystem, paid advertising optimization, and emerging content trends.
Strategic Planning: Formulate annual and quarterly digital marketing plans, covering SEO/SEM, social media (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook), email marketing, and display advertising.
Content & Media Management: Oversee and guide the creation of digital content (graphics and video) to ensure brand consistency manage media budgets and optimize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and regularly provide analytical reports with actionable improvement recommendations.
Leadership & Collaboration: Lead the internal creative team or manage external agencies collaborate closely with Sales and Product departments to ensure marketing activities align with business objectives.
Industry Insights: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends (e.g., AI tool applications, privacy policy changes) and continuously explore new growth channels.
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, including at least 2 years in a team management or project leadership role.
Technical Proficiency:
Expertise in ad platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.
Familiarity with SEO principles and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio or Tableau).
Content Skills: Strong creative aesthetic and understanding of short-form video production logic. Capable of independently producing and distributing short-form videos while consistently tracking and optimizing video performance data.
