Through premium experiences, cinematic storytelling, and high-performance personal mastery programs, we are building a platform for individuals committed to deep transformation.

We are seeking a Performance Marketer to lead the paid acquisition strategy that fuels our audience growth, event attendance, and program enrollment.

Mission of the Role

Build and scale the paid acquisition engine + content system that drives qualified leads into the Innerwork Circle ecosystem.

You will own both:

Traffic (Paid Ads)
Conversion (Content + Creative)

Your campaigns will convert audiences into:
. Event attendees
. Community members
. Participants in premium transformation programs

Key Responsibilities

Paid Acquisition Strategy

Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms including:

Meta Platforms (Facebook &Instagram Ads)
Google Ads
LinkedIn Ads

Drive performance marketing as a core business growth engine, acting as the amplifier of reach, ROI, and revenue outcomes.

Own key performance levers including:
. Click-through rates (CTR)
. Cost per lead (CPL)
. Customer acquisition costs (CAC)
. Return on ad spend (ROAS)
. Campaign efficiency and effectiveness

Be highly intentional about budget utilisation, with the ability to stretch and maximise outcomes from every dollar spent.

Actively manage and optimise budgets across campaigns to ensure:
. Efficient allocation of spend
. Scalable performance
. Sustainable acquisition costs

Content Strategy & Creative Direction

Work closely with content creators OR directly create:

Short-form content (high priority):
. Reels / TikTok-style videos
. Hook-driven storytelling

Long-form content:
. Landing page copy
. Sales pages
. Email sequences

Storyboards & Concepts:
. Ad angles (pain points, transformation, curiosity hooks)
. Video scripts and creative briefs
. Campaign narratives aligned to events

Ensure all content is designed with conversion, performance, and audience psychology in mind, not just engagement.

Lead Generation Campaigns

Develop and execute campaigns designed to generate qualified leads for:

Movie screening events
Workshops and community gatherings
High-performance personal mastery programs

Approach campaigns with a business-first mindset, ensuring strong alignment between marketing efforts and revenue outcomes.

Funnel & Conversion Optimization

Collaborate with marketing and content teams to optimize:

Landing pages
Ad creatives
Audience targeting
Conversion rates

Continuously improve funnel performance through data-driven optimisation and experimentation.

Experimentation & Creative Testing

Continuously test different ad formats, messaging angles, and audience segments to improve campaign performance.

Drive structured testing frameworks focused on:
. Improving efficiency
. Increasing effectiveness
. Scaling winning creatives

Performance Analytics

Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns using key metrics including:

Cost per lead (CPL)
Cost per acquisition (CPA)
Event registrations
Sales conversions

Translate data into clear business insights and actionable strategies.

Growth Insights

Provide weekly campaign performance insights and identify opportunities to scale campaigns efficiently.

Think like an entrepreneur and operator, not just a marketer - identifying growth opportunities across paid media, content, and audience strategy.

Skills & Competencies

Strong experience in performance marketing and paid media campaigns

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data

Deep understanding of conversion funnels and lead generation strategies

Experience managing and optimizing multi-channel advertising campaigns

Familiarity with marketing analytics and tracking systems

Strong collaboration skills with content, partnerships, and sales teams

Business-minded and entrepreneurial thinker with a strong sense of ownership

Strong understanding of digital media ecosystems and audience behaviour

Ability to connect marketing performance directly to revenue, ROI, and business growth

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)

3-5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising

Growth/content marketing with strong ad exposure

Experience in events, education, coaching, or digital programs is an advantage

Success Metrics

Success in this role will be measured by:

Qualified leads generated

Cost per lead performance

Event registrations driven by paid campaigns

Contribution to program sales pipeline

Performance efficiency across campaigns (ROI, CAC, CTR, optimisation outcomes)
