- Job Title: Digital Media Buying Executive
Job Summary
The Digital Media Buying Executive drives strategic planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across digital channels to maximize ROAS and deliver measurable growth in leads, sales, or brand awareness.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to define campaign objectives, identify target audiences, and allocate budgets across digital platforms
- Launch, monitor, and manage paid campaigns on channels including Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing), Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest), and Programmatic & Display (DV360, Taboola, Outbrain)
- Optimize live campaigns by adjusting bids, audience targeting, ad schedules, and creatives to improve performance
- Implement rigorous A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and visuals to enhance campaign effectiveness
- Track and analyze KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS to generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
- Maintain strict control over daily and monthly budgets to prevent overspending while ensuring maximum delivery and efficiency
- Conduct market research to stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies
Required competencies and certifications
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in digital media buying or performance marketing (agency experience is a plus)
- Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4)
- Strong data literacy with the ability to translate raw metrics into actionable growth strategies
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Google Ads Search, Display, or Measurement certifications or Meta Certified Digital Media Buying Professional status (highly preferred)
- High attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
